We had our listing ready to go live waiting for us to return from out of state. We had an opportunity to put a contract on a new home where we were but need our home under contract first. We contacted Tracy and told her we were not sure if the house was ready to show but to go ahead and make it live. She went to the house and did some straightening to make it presentable and put up the listing. With in a matter of a couple hours we had a number of offers.
